Sammy Riccardo (no relation to Lucy, but does have a cousin Ricky!)

Playing bass 15 years.

Influences: Gene (whoa yeah!), Sting and Phil Lynott (Thin Lizzy).

Lucky enough to see Kiss in the 70's (just a lad then).

Sammy's seen them lots since, met Gene twice and pissed him off both times (don't ask!).

He loves monster movies, animals, motorcycles and his favorite new band is "The Darkness" (thanks M.S.!)

A big vegetarian, Sammy works an animal rescue service and also has his own sign business.

Sammy also does the bass and vocal chores in The Whoz Bluez Band and has played the T.L.A., The Electric Factory, The Jam on the River and has also opened for such acts as Bob Weir & Ratdog, Robin Trower, blues great Koko Taylor, Buckwheat Zydeco and the legendary Wailers among others.

Past bands include: Nightmare, Big Eyes, Phoenix, Not in My House,
The Bleeding Hearts, Fear of Flying and Hot Box Lunch.
